Lovely property. An amazing hearty meal for breakfast. Beautiful neighbourhood. The staff was very compliant and friendly. They helped us find parking for our rental car, and accommodated for our late breakfast and even kept our house-keys in the reception for NYE

Loved the family that owns and runs this cute hotel. It's in a perfect location to walk to lovely restaurants, interesting museums and the bus/train station. The hosts were fabulous and helped us with outing reservations, info on local busses, and airport transfer. We especially enjoyed fires in our fireplace in the evenings. Breakfasts were lovely and scrumptious. They turned on the TV for breakfast which first I was wishing they wouldn't, but instead of news or some other thing I didn't want intruding on my breakfast, there were beautiful vids with gentle music - themed to travel, etc, without adverts. It was lovely!

It is located in a very quiet area and very close to the site where the temple of Artemis once stood, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, which makes it a historically fascinating site. The room was very clean and the pool area was small but really nice.

We spent 3 days - one day in Selcuk ( there are 3 sites including Ephesus Museum worth one day) and one day doing Ephesus with a private guide( excellent and picked by the hote) and make sure you do the Terraces( many tours don't include it) and finally you can do 3 amazing sites 1-2 hours away - Piriene, Milietus and Didyma ( very few people do this but worth it). The hotel staff can help you

Smaller and less touristy with locals attentive to your need and willingness to help. Ephesus Archeological Park was the highlight of the visit. There is no dearth of choices for eating - from local Turkish dishes to Burger King. Selchuk is more convenient to stay as beginning from morning you can at your leisurely pace cover St John's Basilica, Artemis Temple, Ephesus Archeological Park and Virgin Mary's House all in one day.

we stayed in Sirince.
we stayed in Sirince. An antique village in the mountains outside of Selcuk. A 19th Century experience in small town Turkey. Bring good shoes for steep hills and uneven ground. Good natural foods from local farms. Expect an authentic experience.

I’m not sure why anyone from away would come to Selcuk unless they were there to see the antique ruins of Ephesus. That is certainly why we came. If you are in Turkey- I suggest it is a must see.
Ephesus is one of the most excavated sites in the world. It is humbling to see how much as a civilized culture we have forgotten- or forgot and have had to rediscover over the millenniums.
That said, Selcuk had decent dining options, and other attractions like the Ephesus Museum (where the artifacts are housed), and the Saint John Basilica which are fantastic. Both are blocks from the Akanthus hotel (which I reviewed separately and highly recommend .

Amazing place in order to visit not only Ephesus but other ancient greek cities nearby too. The city in itself has also many touristic spots in itself (like the lonely column that remains ot the ancient Artemision).
The hotel is located on top of the mountain in Selcuk and has a scenic view. We were lucky and got an upgrade to the best room with a lovely balcony and jacuzzi. The view was amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful with tips around sightseeing and restaurants. You can reach Ephesus in 10 min by car and the small town of Sirince in approx 15 min. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast on the terasse next to the pool. Definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Ephesus and the area!
Nilya was a very comfy hotel with an amazing breakfast. It was a great value for our money. It was located to several tourist spots in Selcuk and close to dining so we were able to walk to all the points of interest and lunch/dinner within 15 mins.
The staff was attentive and the hotel had amazing art (owner owns a store that sells these arts which we unfortunately did not get to visit). The courtyard and view from upstairs were beautiful. Breakfast exceeded our expectation.
The location is very good. Easy access to the center of the city and to the istorical sites around Selcuk. Many places to visit, Ephesus, the House of the Virgin Mary, Grotto of the Seven Sleepers, Temple of Artemis. There are good restaurants around. If you like pide, you must eat at the restaurant across the street. The hotel has elevator, which was important for us. Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast could be better, because it's Turkey, but it was okay.
The location is far from the hustle and bustle of kusadasi. It is a boutique hotel with 3 star amenities set in a quite location. The room are good and come with all the basic amenities. It would be nice if they can replace their TVs with smart TVs. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. They went out of their way to furnish our requests. It is also walking distance to a few good restaurants in Selcuk.
We are taking a trip around Turkey and so only stayed one night but the hotel was absolutely exceptional. The owner/manager was amazing and the hospitality he and his team offered was incredible and really helpful. The level of service provided was far above our expectations, particularly given the modest price of our stay. Bravo and thank so much for everything. Aaron & Mariam.
The hospitality that the staff provided was some of the best I've ever experienced. They worked tirelessly to make sure our needs were met including preparing our breakfast earlier, helping us with navigation, walking us to the bus depot, and ensuring our stay was truly comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Selcuk/Ephesus!!
Beautiful hotel, warm staff, wonderful breakfast, great lounge spaces by the pool (which was a bit cool for our delicate selves). Located right next to the (ruins of the) Basilica St John, and 750m walk from the Temple of Artemis. A short walk down the hill into “downtown” Selçuk. Bed comfy, great shower. Lots of clothes storage, a safe for passports etc.
The best accommodation on our travel in Turkey and we stayed in 5 different places. We stayed here for 3 nights. Everybody was so friendly. The pool and the view from our balkony were the cherry on the top. If you need some peace, come to Villa Dreams Hotel. Close to Efez and Kusadasi beaches.
Recep and team - we wish you all the best.
This family owned hotel is one if not the best we ever stayed at! I would recommend it to anyone and would return when visiting the area. The service they provide is best to none. The location is great and the property is new, squeaky clean and very well maintained. but the best part are the people! Thank you so much for everything!
Best breakfast we had in Turkey! Ali and his wife are lovely hosts, they really go out of their way to improve your experience in town. The restaurant Ali owns is amazing and cheap as well. Room was very nice and comfortable, had a traditional vibe to it. Well located in town. Definitely recommend.
We were so happy with this hotel - beautifully decorated rooms, quiet, friendly staff, gorgeous pool and the most lovely daily breakfasts on a beautiful patio. This hotel was a gem and made such a lasting impression on us. This is THE place to stay in Selcuk!
This family-run guesthouse is perfectly located. The room was simplistic as advertised and described and I didn't want or need anything more. They were helpful and considerate. Their friendliness was a warm welcome to Turkey. Loved the breakfast.
Me and my Friends in love 🥰 with Vinifera Ephesus Hotel , and the reception staff guy named Umut very kind guy and thanks for the best Turkish Coffee 😇❤️ we loved it ) the breakfast ✨ Top !
